Is this course only for entry-level administrators?

Definitely not. Higher education administration is racing to catch up with the modern technologies available to you, and even seasoned executives are expected to adapt to changing best practices. Every employee – not just recent hires – should understand the basics of marketing personalization, CRM tools, data management, and digital communities.

This course is not a surface-level overview. While it is open to administrators of all levels, you can expect to get into the nuts and bolts of developing and implementing a modern and inclusive student engagement strategy.
